Welcome to crochet-i, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application owned and operated by Opossum LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the crochet-i application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you" or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent

crochet-i is a SaaS application designed to provide tools and resources for crochet enthusiasts. The Service may include, but is not limited to, patterns, pattern generation tools, tutorials, community features, and other related content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities conducted under your account.
By using the Service, you agree to the following strict prohibitions:
Prohibition on Obscene, Violent, or Illegal Content: You may not generate, upload, post, or transmit any content that is obscene, violent, or illegal. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
Prohibition on Intellectual Property Violations: You may not use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, generation, uploading, posting, or transmitting content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of third parties. Prohibition on Competitive Activities: You may not use the Service to develop, create, or distribute any application, software, or service that competes with crochet-i. This includes, but is not limited to, any application or service that provides similar functionality or content to crochet-i.
5. Proprietary Rights
The Service, including but not limited to all software, text, images, graphics, and other content, is the property of Opossum LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without express written permission from Opossum LLC.
6. Payment Terms
All sales are final. Access to certain features of the Service may require a one-time payment, subscription, or other form of payment. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable, and no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, and any changes will apply to subsequent transactions or billing cycles.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of the subscription term, including unused portions.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and any content or materials provided through the Service. No refunds or credits will be issued upon termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Opossum LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, actions, losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Service;
Any content you generate, upload, post, or transmit through the Service;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
