Welcome to crochet-i, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application owned and operated by Opossum LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service specifically govern your access to and use of the crochet-i generative AI capabilities (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you" or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Disallowed Content
By using the service, you agree to use our generative AI responsibly. You must not create content that is offensive, obscene, divisive, or overly political. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who repeatedly violate these terms and/or try to bypass our safety filters. The following non-comprehensive list includes examples of disallowed content:
- Hate speech/symbols
- Oppressive, divisive, or polarizing speech/symbols
- Discrimination
- Sexism
- Racism
- Antisemitism
- Divisive politics
- Political violence
- Pornography
- Sexual content
- Realistic violence
- Politics of the modern era
- Politicians of the modern era
- Political activists or figures of the modern era
- Directed/targeted profanity
- Disrespectful/distasteful religious content
- Promotion of self-harm or suicide
3. Allowed Content
While we support artistic freedom, you may not use our generative AI to create content that is offensive, obscene, divisive, or overly political. Examples of permitted creative uses include:
- Cartoon/satirical/unrealistic violence (e.g., Looney Toons)
- Explosions/disasters without victims
- Historical politicians
- Weapons without violence
- Undirected/untargeted profanity
- Cartoon creepy, scary, and/or spooky content with limited blood/gore
- Common/standard religious content
- All other content clearly and unambiguously not disallowed
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
